Suptadhara Jharna is located in Sitakunda Ecopark. To reach Sitakunda Ecopark by road from Dhaka, you will get various AC, non-AC buses of S.Alam, Saudia, Greenline, Silk Line, Sohag, Bagdad Express, Unique etc. These buses mainly depart from Dhaka Syedabad bus stand to Chittagong. But all buses stop at Sitakunda as required. To go to Sitakunda Eco Park, if you take a bus from Dhaka, you have to get off the bus at a place called Fakirhat, 2 km away from Sitakunda bus stop.
The distance of Sitakunda Ecopark from Chittagong city is only 35 km. Buses to Sitakunda leave from Motherbari and Kadmatoli bus stations in the city. Besides, you can go to Fakirhat in Sitakunda by Mexi from Alankar.
Dhaka Mail train running on Dhaka to Chittagong route stops only at Sitakunda railway station. The train started from Dhaka at 11 pm and reached Sitakunda between 6 am and 7 am the next day. And if you want to come by inter-city train, then board any inter-city train from Dhaka to Chittagong, get down at Feni station and from there, take an auto/rickshaw fare of Tk 10/15 and come to Mohipal bus stand. You can go to Sitakunda by local bus from Mohipal bus stand for Tk 50-80.
It would be wise to hire CNG for the whole day from Sitakunda. In that case it may cost 1000 to 1200 taka. If you hire CNG for the whole day, you can save a lot of time visiting Eco Park. And in the rest of the time you can see some more waterfalls and jhiri trails of Sitakunda and Mirsrai area.
